The aims of this program are to educate the students to have international potential in food science and technology, to be able to integrate knowledge and in-depth research skills in food science and technology to create new knowledge and innovations that lead to strengthening the development of Thailand's agricultural and food industry, as well as focusing on efficient use of resources for sustainable consumption and production to build up food security, and be able to act in accordance with their roles and duties and complying with the professional ethics of food scientists, academic and research ethics.
