According to the Sustainable Development Goals by the United Nations which focuses on promoting good health and decreasing the inequality of access to healthcare service in diverse population along with the Thailand 4.0 Policy which emphasize Thailand as a Medical Hub of Asia and being the member of ASEAN as well as the connection at a regional level and at boders of the country, the number of population mobility and migrant workers are increasing. The necessity of border health management is higher than before therefore, the Master of Public Health Programme is encouraged to produce the graduates who can sustainably improve the community health system at a national and international level. Moreover, the graduates will be able to manage border health in a multicultural context. They will have to plan, manage, prevent, and control the recurring and emerging diseases. These will be done by integrating the public health knowledge and other related knowledge in conducting a research which conform with the morality and research ethics. Furthermore, obtaining the life long learning skills, analytical thinking skills to create an innovation or research in public health is required as graduates of this programme. They should appropriately apply the health digital techonology as well as appropriately manage the resources. Lastly, graduates will be able to lead when work with multidisciplinary and collaborate with people at all level to develop and elevate the quality of people's life.

To produce graduates that are academician and have ability to be a leader of change. With knowledge and skills provided by the programme, the graduates will be able to mange health system according to the standards, work as a team with multidisciplinary both at a national and international level, act in moral, adhere to professional ethics, conduct the public health research and innovation as well as use the empirical evidence to solve and improve the field of public health for the entire populations including ethnic groups, migrant workers, refugees, vulneribilities, border and marginal populations.

PLO1: Express honesty and make decisions based on personal and professional ethics.
PLO2: Master theories, concepts, principles, and practices of public health sciences and related sciences in community health system management.
PLO3: Demonstrate complex system thinking skills and integrate public health sciences and associated sciences in solving problems and developing sustainable community health
solutions.
PLO4: Create research or initiate the development of public health innovations or use empirical evidence to systematically solve problems and develop complex public health work.
PLO5: Lead using change agent skills in health management of at-risk populations, including ethnic minorities, migrants, refugees, border and fringe populations.
PLO6: Display teamwork skills with a multidisciplinary health agency in a multinational organization using high-quality, up-to-date empirical evidence and digital technology to analyze, plan and communicate border health management projects.
PLO7: Design, implement, and evaluate programs/projects/health systems/health insurance systems for complex health management, community, and border health systems.
