International students who are holding Non-ED visas are not permitted to conduct any type of employment. Students who want to work in Thailand must obtain a work permit and Non-B visa.

MFU offers documents for visa application to students only.

Yes, it is accessible, but you have to cancel your Non-B visa first and then extend it as Non-ED visa. Please contact m4u.global@mfu.ac.th to inquire more information about changing Non-B to Non-ED visa.

Yes, it is accessible, when your Non-O visa is going to expire, you can contact m4u.global@mfu.ac.th to request for visa extension, after that your Non-O visa will change to Non-ED automatically at the Immigration office.

Certainly, as long as you have a valid Non-ED visa from other institutions and have an extension record at least once, you are able to transfer your Non-ED visa to MFU. Please contact m4u.global@mfu.ac.th to inquire more information about transfer student visa from other institutions to MFU.

Every MFU international student is required to enter Thailand with Non-ED visa only, they are not recommended to change the type of visa to Non-ED in Chiang Rai.

Applicants are responsible to submit their Non-ED visa application by themselves. MFU will prepare related documents for visa application, but will not cover the visa application fees.

After applicants have been accepted to study at mfu, and make the payment of tuition fee in time, MFU will prepare related documents for visa application, students are required to submit their Non-ED visa application from Thai embassy/consulates by themselves.
