Dormitory FAQs

You can reserve your on-campus dormitory through the Roommate Selection System at: https://dormitory.mfu.ac.th/info/LoginStuNew

There are four rounds for roommate selection and dormitory reservation:
Round 1
●    Roommate selection: 12–14 May 2026
●    Result announcement: 15 May 2026
Round 2
●    Roommate selection: 28–29 May 2026
●    Result announcement: 4 June 2026
Round 3
●    Roommate selection: 17–18 June 2026
●    Result announcement: 19 June 2026
Round 4
●    Roommate selection: 24–25 June 2026
●    Result announcement: 26 June 2026

If you do not have a preferred roommate, the dormitory staff will automatically assign one for you.
 

You can check your assigned dormitory at: https://reg.mfu.ac.th
Steps:
 • Log in with your MFU username and password
 • Go to Student Activity
 • Select Dormitory Activity

There are two official move-in periods:
●    Round 1: 3 – 5 July 2026, 08:00 – 16:00 hrs
●    Round 2: 24 – 26 July 2026, 08:00 – 16:00 hrs

You must submit the following documents:
• A copy of your passport (photo page)
• A copy of your current visa stamp
These documents are required for the university to report your residence to the local immigration office.

New international students are required to stay in on-campus dormitories for one year. This is a university policy to support student safety, adjustment, and community building.
 

Yes. If you would like to request a room change, you can contact the Dormitory Office from 10–14 August 2026 during office hours. The dormitory staff will assist you with the process and provide further guidance.
