Mae Fah Luang University would like to congratulate alumni from the Multimedia Technology and Animation programme and the Economics programme who won the first prize for their game ‘At Your Service’ in the Strategy Game category of the depa Game Accelerator Program Batch #1.
‘At Your Service’ is a fast paced couch co-op housekeeping game for 1-4 players built on the Unity engine. As a team, players must work together in all sorts of creative manners to complete all the house chores requested by the house owners within the time limit. All team members of ‘At Your Service’ are currently working at FairPlay Studios. The names and positions are as follows:
1. Mr. Kachain Puttiwarawut (ID 49), Economics programme, School of Management is Game Director
2. Mr. Watcharaphong Meearharn (ID 49), Multimedia Technology and Animation programme, School of Information Technology is UX/UI Designer
3. Mr. Methawoot Suphakul (ID 52), Multimedia Technology and Animation programme, School of Information Technology is 3D Animator
4. Mr. Nawapon Jitnarin (ID 52), Multimedia Technology and Animation programme, School of Information Technology is 3D Artist
5. Mr. Saranpat Ratchayotha (ID 52), Multimedia Technology and Animation programme, School of Information Technology is Sound Engineer
The depa Game Accelerator Program Batch #1 was launched by the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa) collaborating with the Thai Game Software Industry Association (TGA) and Infofed Co., Ltd with the objective to promote and develop Thai entrepreneurs, particularly games developers. The winning team of each category in the depa Game Accelerator Program Batch #1 will be upskilled by licensed developer “Nintendo” and will get ample opportunities in business matching to secure a deal with potential investors in the gaming industry. They will also have a chance to test out their games software in the actual market testing session in order to receive the real-world feedback from the real games players and enthusiasts before launching their games products both in Thailand and abroad.
Moreover, At Your Service is planned to be released for PS4, PS5, PC and Switch by the end of this year!
