Call for Student Volunteers to Support the MRA Foundation (Japan) for the CocoWA Project,
a mix of the volunteering and cultural engagement project at Mae Kok Foundation, Chiang Rai, Thailand

The Global Relations Division (GRD) is looking for five students who will support the off-campus activities (MRA Foundation from Japan) staff for the CocoWA Project from 31 December 2023 to 4 January 2024 at Mae Kok Foundation, Chiang Rai, Thailand. 

Main Job: 

  • Be the Thai-English translator
  • Organise interactive activities with Japanese volunteers and kids of the Maekok Foundation

Qualifications and Registration Requirements:

1. Be an undergraduate student (second year, third year, or fourth year) or a graduate-level

2. Must have a good command of both Thai and English languages

3. Be able to participate in the entire programme (from 31 December 2023 to 4 January 2024)

4. Be able to stay overnight for four nights 

5. Be a friendly and responsible person

6. Have leadership skills and enthusiasm for learning new things

**Being able to speak Japanese will be advantageous.

***Having any experience of working with foreigners will be advantageous.

Expenses: 

  • MRA Foundation will cover transportation, meals, activities fees, entrance fees, and all expenses that might occur during the programme.
  • Students are required to pay 1,000 THB for four nights of accommodation.
