In response to the dynamic challenges and exciting possibilities emerging in this field, Department of Food Science and Technology, Faculty of Agricultural Engineering and Technology, IPB University announces the 1st International Seminar on Food Science and Technology 2024 (the 1st ISoFST 2024) with theme “Harnessing Science and Technology for Safe and Quality Food”.
This two-day event brings together professionals, academics, and industry experts to share knowledge on the latest advancements in food science, technology, and engineering. The goal is to foster discussions and collaboration to ensure safe and high-quality food production worldwide. Participants will learn from leading specialists about topics like food extrusion and novel processing technologies. Organizers invite everyone interested in food science to join and contribute to a future where innovation improves global food security.

(Please note that the registration fee for Academician presenters includes 2-days seminar kit, meals (2 snacks and lunch per day), free access to NS-CoPaC 2024, and free access to excursion (limited seat); but does not include funding for travel tickets or accommodation expenses.)
