Students from the Applied Chemistry programme in the School of Science at Mae Fah Luang University won first and third place in the poster presentation category in the 2nd International Symposium on Sustainable Agriculture and Agro-Industry (ISSAA 2017) at Walailak University during 28-29 March 2017.
MFU would like to congratulate Miss Baitan Phuksakunlawat who won first prize with her work entitled “Cushioning bioplastic material from Pleurotus Sajor-Caju mushrooms” and to Miss Piyaporn Hamcumpai who received third prize for her work entitled “Preparation of water soluble edible films based on PVA/CMC”.
Both students are supervised by Dr. Sitthi Duangphet, lecturer and researcher of the Materials for Energy and Environment Research Group (MEE) in the School of Science.
