(เตรียมสถานที่ และประชุมซักซ้อมความเข้าใจวันที่ 18 มิถุนายน 2568)
สถานที่: ณ อาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติ 72 พรรษาบรมราชินีนาถ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง
เปิดรับสมัครนักศึกษาที่อยากลองทำงานจริง เรียนรู้จากการลงมือทำ และร่วมขับเคลื่อนเวทีความเป็นสากลของมหาวิทยาลัย
คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นสำหรับทุกตำแหน่ง:
ตำแหน่งที่เปิดรับ:
- พิธีกรแนะนำการจัดกิจกรรมและกำหนดการตลอดการจัดงาน
- สามารถจัดทำบทพิธีกรได้ (ทีมงานมีโครงร่างให้)
ทีมที่ 1: วางแผนและควบคุมพิธีการ (2 ตำแหน่ง)
- จัดทำกำหนดการ และจัดลำดับขั้นตอนให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์ของงาน
- ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของพิธีกร วิทยากร แขกผู้มีเกียรติ
- จัดลำดับการขึ้นลงเวที
- Brief ทีมพิธีกรก่อนงานเริ่ม
- ประสานงานกับทีมงานด้านเทคนิค และเวที
- ตรวจสอบ sound check และ rehearsal ล่วงหน้า
ทีมที่ 2: ทีมสนับสนุนเวที (4 ตำแหน่ง)
- จัดเตรียม/ยกเคลื่อนอุปกรณ์ขึ้น-ลงเวที
- ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของเวทีระหว่างช่วงเปลี่ยนกิจกรรม
- จัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ให้ปลอดภัยและไม่เกะกะสายตาผู้ชม
- พร้อมช่วยเหลือทันทีหากมีเหตุขัดข้อง เช่น ไมค์ดับ, อุปกรณ์เสียหาย
- รับลงทะเบียน ตรวจสอบรายชื่อ และให้การต้อนรับผู้ร่วมกิจกรรม
- แจกอุปกรณ์และของที่ระลึก (หากมี)
- อำนวยความสะดวกกรณีผู้เข้าร่วมมีข้อสงสัยหรือปัญหา
- สรุปยอดผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
- จัดเตรียมและดูแลการแจกจ่ายอาหารว่างและเครื่องดื่ม
- ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของจุดบริการอาหาร/เครื่องดื่ม
- ประสานงานกับร้านอาหารหรือผู้ให้บริการด้านจัดเลี้ยง
- ดูแลความสะอาดและความปลอดภัยของพื้นที่บริการ
- บริหารจัดการเอกสารและระบบลงชั่วโมงกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา
- ดูแลข้อมูลผู้เข้าร่วมและผู้จัดกิจกรรมตามเกณฑ์ MFU 333
- ช่วยจัดทำรายงานกิจกรรม/ส่งผลการเข้าร่วมหลังจบงาน
- ประสานงานกับส่วนงานที่เกี่ยวข้องในการยื่นคะแนนกิจกรรม
- ถ่ายวิดีโอภายในงาน และตัดต่อคลิป จัดทำประมวลภาพกิจกรรมของงาน
(จำเป็นต้องมีอุปกรณ์ส่วนตัวสำหรับใช้ทำงานของตนเอง)

Call for Student Volunteers: 11th International Day of Yoga at MFU
Join us in organiหing the 11th International Day of Yoga at Mae Fah Luang University!
Event Date: 19 June 2025
Venue: Indoor Stadium, Mae Fah Luang University
Preparation & Rehearsal: 18 June 2025
Be part of a meaningful and fun international event where you can learn by doing, enhance your Future Skills, and contribute to MFU's global engagement!
General Qualifications for All Positions:
Volunteer Positions Available:
1. MCs (2 positions): 1 English-speaking and 1 Thai-speaking MC
- Introduce the event and guide the audience through the agenda
- Able to draft and adjust script based on provided outline
2. Ceremonial Coordination Team (6 positions)
Divided into two sub-teams:
Team 1: Planning and Ceremony Coordination (2 positions)
- Develop event schedules and organize sequences to align with the objectives of the event
- Check readiness of MCs, speakers, and VIP guests
- Manage the order of stage appearances and exits
- Briefly explain the MC team before the event starts
- Coordinate with technical and stage teams
- Conduct sound checks and rehearsals in advance
Team 2: Stage Support Team (4 positions)
- Prepare and move equipment on and off stage
- Ensure stage tidiness and readiness during activity transitions
- Store equipment safely and keep it out of the audience's line of sight
- Provide immediate assistance in case of technical issues such as mic failure or equipment malfunction
3. Registration Team (5 positions)
- Welcome guests and check registrations
- Distribute event kits or souvenirs (if any)
- Assist participants with any questions or concerns
- Compile participation summary
4. Food & Beverage Team (5 positions)
- Manage and distribute refreshments
- Ensure cleanliness and order at service points
- Coordinate with vendors or catering providers
- Maintain hygiene and safety in service areas
5. MFU 333 Activity Management Team (2 positions)
- Handle documentation and hour-tracking for MFU 333 activity credits
- Collect and manage participants’ and organizers’ data
- Prepare final reports and submit results
- Coordinate with relevant departments for credit approval
6. Video Cameraman & Editor (1 position)
- Record video throughout the event and produce highlight clips
- Must use your own equipment
