On 23 May 2025, Asst. Prof. Dr.Romyen Kosaikanont, Vice President of Mae Fah Luang University, welcomed a delegation from the Faculty of Social Sciences, Chiang Mai University at the Vanchai Sirichana Building. The delegation was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr Wasan Panyagaew, Dean of the Faculty of Social Sciences, and included executives, faculty members, and staff members.
The purpose of the visit was to observe and exchange perspectives with MFU teams on the topic "Internationalisation Management at Mae Fah Luang University and Student Quality Development." During the meeting, the delegation learned about the overall operations of the Global Relations Division, with a focus on international cooperation and international student support. They also gained insights into the Student Development Affairs Division, particularly concerning student affairs development and activities.
By sharing insights and operational models, the two universities can collectively strengthen internationalisation strategies, improve support systems for a diverse student body, promote global engagement, and enhance the quality of education provided to students, preparing them to become global citizens.
