CommTECH Camp Highlight 2025 – Stream 1 Innovations on Engineering

Mae Fah Luang University is pleased to announce the application opening for students to participate in the CommTECH Camp Highlight 2025 – Stream 1, hosted by ITS, Indonesia. This short-term international programme brings together students across countries to learn, collaborate, and explore real-world innovations in engineering.

CommTECH Camp: Innovations in Engineering offers a captivating exploration into ITS’s vast innovation in the engineering field, aims to educate and empower young individuals interested in our latest engineering research and products. Through a series of workshops, seminars, and hands-on activities, participants learn about the latest technologies, sustainable practices, and emerging trends in the engineering sector. The programme also focuses on fostering leadership skills, encouraging innovation, and promoting a deeper understanding of engineering fields.

ITS will provide the certificate upon the completion of the Final Project and Final Presentation.

Who Can Apply?

• MFU students (any degree/programme)
• Proficient in English (the programme is conducted entirely in English)
• Committed to full participation in all programme activities
• Able to cover any additional personal or travel expenses beyond the scholarship

Scholarship Opportunities:
MFU students can apply for one of the following three scholarship slots:
1 Full Scholarship

• Waives programme fee, accommodation, lunch, trip, and pick-up/drop-off service
• Student is responsible for: flight, dinner, and personal expenses

1 50% Scholarship
Student pays USD 800, plus flight, dinner, and personal expenses

1 Partial Scholarship
Student pays USD 1000, plus flight, dinner, and personal expenses

MFU Travel Support:
Students may apply for a travel grant of 10,000 THB by submitting:
1. Transcript (GPAX ≥ 2.75)
2. Copy of bank account
3. English language score meeting one of the following:

• TOEIC ≥ 600
• TOEFL (Paper ≥ 550, CBT ≥ 213, iBT ≥ 79)
• IELTS ≥ 6.0
• MFU-TEP ≥ 60

Application Process:
1. Complete the Application Forms:

• MFU Outbound Student Exchange Programme Application Form
• CommTECH-Camp-Highlight-2025-Registration-Form

2. Prepare the Required Documents:
2.1 Academic Transcript (Download from REG system)
2.2 Certificate of Student Status (Request via REG)
2.3 Parental Consent Form with copy of parent’s ID/passport
2.4 Copy of your passport
Note: Students must have a valid passport before submitting the application form.
2.5 Photo with plain background

3. Submit all application forms and documents

4. Interview via ZOOM
Date: 30 June 2025
Time: Morning (Exact time will be confirmed by email)
