Mae Fah Luang University is proud to announce that 12 researchers have been included in the World’s Top 2% Scientists 2025 list, created by Stanford University and Elsevier.
The list identifies the most influential scholars in their fields based on the frequency with which their publications are cited by other researchers worldwide. The selection is based on the top 100,000 scientists using standardized citation indicators such as information on citations, H-index, co-authorship adjusted hm-index, citations to papers in different authorship positions and a composite indicator (c-score). The list selected the top 2% scientists worldwide in 22 scientific fields and 174 sub-fields by assessing their career-long impact until the end of 2024 and citation impact during the single calendar year 2024.
