ประกาศรับสมัครนักศึกษาช่วยงาน “วันโยคะสากล ครั้งที่ 12” ณ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง 

คุณสมบัติเบื้องต้นสำหรับทุกตำแหน่ง:

• เป็นนักศึกษามฟล. ทุกสำนักวิชาและทุกระดับการศึกษา
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในชีวิตประจำวันได้
• เปิดใจเรียนรู้ท่ามกลางความหลากหลายทางวัฒนธรรม
• มีจิตอาสา มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี และพร้อมช่วยเหลือผู้อื่น
• มีความสามารถในการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
• มีความยืดหยุ่นและพร้อมเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่ ๆ
• สามารถเข้าร่วมปฏิบัติงานในวันพุธที่ 24 มิถุนายน 2569 ณ มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ตั้งแต่เวลา 13.00 – 19.00 น.

ตำแหน่งที่เปิดรับ:
1. พิธีกร (2 ตำแหน่ง)  ภาษาอังกฤษ 1 ตำแหน่ง และภาษาไทย 1 ตำแหน่ง

• หน้าที่ดำเนินรายการ แนะนำกิจกรรม และชี้แจงกำหนดการตลอดทั้งงาน
• สามารถจัดทำบทพิธีกร (Script) เองได้ โดยทางทีมงานจะมีโครงร่าง (Outline) เตรียมไว้ให้

2. ทีม Backstage (6 ตำแหน่ง) 

• จัดเตรียมสถานที่และอุปกรณ์ต่าง ๆ สำหรับใช้ในกิจกรรม
• ดูแลและเชิญแขกผู้มีเกียรติขึ้น-ลงเวทีตามลำดับขั้นตอน
• จัดเตรียมและเคลื่อนย้ายอุปกรณ์ขึ้น-ลงเวทีอย่างคล่องตัว
• ตรวจสอบความเรียบร้อยของเวทีในช่วงเปลี่ยนผ่านแต่ละกิจกรรม
• จัดเก็บอุปกรณ์ให้ปลอดภัยและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อยหลังเสร็จงาน
• พร้อมเข้าแก้ไขสถานการณ์ทันทีหากเกิดเหตุขัดข้องทางเทคนิค (เช่น ไมโครโฟนขัดข้อง) 

3. ทีมรับลงทะเบียน (5 ตำแหน่ง)

• ทำหน้าที่จุดลงทะเบียน ตรวจสอบรายชื่อ และแจกเสื้อให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรม
• ต้อนรับ ให้ข้อมูล และอำนวยความสะดวกแก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานเมื่อมีข้อสงสัย
• บริหารจัดการเอกสาร ระบบคะแนนกิจกรรม MFU 333 และระบบบันทึกชั่วโมงกิจกรรมของนักศึกษา
• ดูแลและบริหารจัดการระบบแบบประเมินความพึงพอใจหลังจบงาน

4. ทีม Production - Video Editor (1 ตำแหน่ง)

• บันทึกภาพวิดีโอภายในงาน ตัดต่อคลิป และจัดทำวิดีโอประมวลภาพบรรยากาศกิจกรรม
• หมายเหตุ: ผู้สมัครตำแหน่งนี้จำเป็นต้องมีอุปกรณ์ส่วนตัว (กล้อง/คอมพิวเตอร์) สำหรับใช้ในการทำงาน

[Now Recruiting] Student Volunteers for the "12th International Day of Yoga"

General Qualifications:

• Open to all MFU students from all schools and study levels.
• Able to communicate in everyday English.
• Open-minded and eager to learn in a diverse, cross-cultural environment.
• Possess a volunteer mindset, a friendly attitude, and a readiness to help others.
• Good at quick problem-solving and highly adaptable.
• Must be available to work on Wednesday, 24 June 2026, at Mae Fah Luang University from 13.00 – 19.00 hrs.

Open Positions:

1. Master of Ceremonies (MC) — 2 Positions (1 English Speaker / 1 Thai Speaker)

• Host the event, introduce activities, and guide the audience through the schedule.
• Able to write or refine the MC script (a general outline will be provided by the team).

2. Backstage Team — 6 Positions

• Set up the venue and prepare equipment for the activities.
• Guide and escort VIP guests onto and off the stage according to the sequence.
• Move and manage equipment on and off the stage smoothly.
• Maintain stage neatness and order during activity transitions.
• Keep the backstage area safe, organized, and clear of distractions.
• Be ready to assist immediately if any technical issues occur (e.g., microphone malfunctions).

3. Registration Team — 5 Positions

• Manage the registration desk, verify attendee names, and distribute event T-shirts.
• Welcome participants and assist them with any questions or issues.
• Manage documentation, the MFU 333 activity point system, and student volunteer hour records.
• Oversee the distribution and collection of satisfaction feedback forms.

4. Production Team — Video Editor — 1 Position

• Capture event footage and edit video highlights/recaps of the event.
• Note: Applicants for this position must bring their own equipment (camera/laptop) for the work.
