Call for Applications: MFU Buddy Programme 2026

The Global Relations Division (GRD), Mae Fah Luang University would like to invite all MFU students to join the MFU Buddy Programme 2026.

As an MFU Buddy, you'll have the opportunity to welcome and support incoming exchange students during Semester 1/2026 (August–December 2026).
This semester, MFU is excited to welcome 46 exchange students from more than 10 countries, including Germany, Japan, France, Mexico, Brunei, the Czech Republic, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

Why Join the Buddy Programme?

• Build international friendships
• Develop intercultural communication and leadership skills
• Learn about different cultures
• Enhance your English communication skills
• Help international students feel welcomed and at home at MFU

What Does a Buddy Do? 

• Share information about academic and student life at MFU
• Assist exchange students with basic university services and procedures
• Provide guidance on living in Chiang Rai
• Encourage participation in university activities and local experiences
• Support your Buddy throughout the semester

Who Can Apply? 

• Be currently enrolled at Mae Fah Luang University
• Have good English communication skills and Be interested in intercultural exchange
• Be available to support an exchange student throughout the semester

ส่วนพัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างประเทศ (Global Relations Division: GRD) มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง ขอประชาสัมพันธ์เชิญชวนน้องๆ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง สมัครเข้าร่วมโครงการ MFU Buddy Programme 2026  เพื่อทำหน้าที่เป็น Buddy ดูแลและให้คำแนะนำแก่นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนประจำภาคการศึกษาต้น ปีการศึกษา 2569 (สิงหาคม - ธันวาคม 2569)

โดยในภาคการศึกษานี้ มหาวิทยาลัยได้ตอบรับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนมากกว่า 10 ประเทศ จำนวน 46 คนได้แก่ เยอรมนี ญี่ปุ่น ฝรั่งเศส เม็กซิโก บรูไน สาธารณรัฐเช็ก เวียดนาม มาเลเซีย อินโดนีเซีย และฟิลิปปินส์

สมัครเป็น Buddy มีข้อดียังไง?

• สร้างมิตรภาพกับเพื่อนนานาชาติ
• พัฒนาทักษะการสื่อสารและการทำงานระหว่างวัฒนธรรม
• ฝึกใช้ภาษาอังกฤษในสถานการณ์จริง
• เรียนรู้วัฒนธรรมจากหลากหลายประเทศ
• มีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างบรรยากาศความเป็นนานาชาติภายในมหาวิทยาลัย

Buddy ต้องทำอะไรบ้าง?

• ให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการเรียนและชีวิตนักศึกษาที่มหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง
• ช่วยแนะนำบริการและขั้นตอนพื้นฐานภายในมหาวิทยาลัย
• ให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับการใช้ชีวิตในจังหวัดเชียงราย
• ชักชวนให้นักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนเข้าร่วมกิจกรรมต่าง ๆ ของมหาวิทยาลัย
• ดูแลและติดต่อกับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนตลอดภาคการศึกษา

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• เป็นนักศึกษาปัจจุบันของมหาวิทยาลัยแม่ฟ้าหลวง
• สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ในระดับดี
• สนใจเรียนรู้และแลกเปลี่ยนวัฒนธรรมกับเพื่อนนานาชาติ
• สามารถดูแลและติดต่อกับนักศึกษาแลกเปลี่ยนได้ตลอดภาคการศึกษา
