Non-ED Plus Visa Support Guidelines for Graduates Mae Fah Luang University
Categories: Top Stories1. Eligibility and Conditions of Support
Applicants must have successfully completed their degree programme and received official confirmation of graduation from Mae Fah Luang University. Support will be considered based on the following categories:
1.1 Category 1: Job Offer Received
- Applicants must provide a formal job offer or employment confirmation letter issued by a legally registered entity or enterprise in Thailand.
- The University will consider providing a letter of support for an extension of stay for a maximum period of three (3) months. This is to enable the graduate to convert their current visa into a Non-Immigrant Visa Category 'B' (Non-B) or complete other employment-related documentation.
1.2 Category 2: Seeking Employment
- Applicants must demonstrate empirical evidence of active job applications with legally registered entities or enterprises in Thailand. Please note that the University will not consider or support applications related to general online occupations, freelance work, or any digital nomad or work-from-anywhere setups.
- The University will consider providing a letter of support for an extension of stay for a maximum period of six (6) months.
- Approved applicants under this category must submit a '3-Month Progress Report' to the Global Relations Division (GRD) to update their current status. Failure to report within the specified period, or the discovery of false or misleading information, will result in the immediate revocation of University support. The University will subsequently notify the Immigration Bureau for further legal action.
- If the applicant remains unemployed after the 6-month period, no further extension support will be provided by the University.
1.3 Category 3: Further Studies
- Applicants must present an official Letter of Acceptance from an accredited educational institution.
- The University will consider providing a letter of support for an extension of stay for a maximum period of three (3) months to facilitate the visa transition process.
- Applications without an official Letter of Acceptance from an educational institution will not be supported under the Non-ED Plus category.

3. Applicants must provide truthful information. If false or misleading information is discovered, or if the visa is used for purposes inconsistent with the stated objective, the University may withdraw its support and notify the relevant authorities.
