The main aim of this program is to produce graduates who are effectively well-rounded in Multimedia Technology and Animation including creating modern media, online content creation, video, film and 2D and 3D animation.
This course employs the Cognitive Theory to allow students to develop their intellectual process and systematic thinking. Moreover, the course follows the Design Thinking process that encourages systematic thinking. This will enable graduates to comprehend the requirements and the problems of research-based design in accordance with the consumer’s and the industry’s needs in the Digital Disruption era. This is carried out by focusing on hands-on experience (Practicalism Theory) and producing creative skills. Finally, students will be able to integrate the knowledge of creating media that respond to changing conditions.
The highlights of the program are focusing on teaching and learning process that emphasize the development of design thinking to enable graduates to understand consumers’ needs and meet the industry’s requirements. as well as to be able to apply the theory of knowledge building (Cognitive Theory) to create cognitive processes or systematic thinking. Moreover, the program focuses on hand-on experience (Practicalism Theory) by applying knowledge to build up creativity skills. In addition, it encourages the integration of the knowledge in creating media that meets the industry’s needs in the Digital Disruption era. The main aim of the program is to produce two groups of graduates: Online Content Creator and Virtual Reality, Augmented Reality, Mixed Reality creator on the 3D animation format.
