Master of Science Programme in Digital Transformation Technology

Degree Academic Programme Plan Class Length of Programme
M.Sc. Digital Transformation Technology A1,A2,B Mon-Fri 2 Years

The technological era is changing rapidly and still continuously impacted by behavioral changes, business models, and innovations. Accelerate the use of digital technology in public and private sectors. Especially data services and transactions through the online system increase rapidly. The digital industry in Thailand is increasing to develop products or services that can effectively respond to the needs or behavior of users. As a result, Thailand needs to accelerate the competitiveness of the Thai digital industry to be competitive. Digital Transformation Technology is a science related to designing and creating methodologies and tools. Information systems are directly related to the design and construction of processes for digital transformation with methods or data-driven, including the development of both software and communication tools. Digital knowledge worker in digital business needs to be such specific skills that play an essential role in applying digital technology to develop the economy and society in the digital economy era. This novel knowledge will be an essential science to deal with digital technology changes from current and future trends.
This curriculum provided state of the art in student knowledge creation, following the Pragmatism, and brought the Re-Constructivist Theory to serve as a guiding framework for curriculum's educational management, encouraging the learning or innovation of knowledge. It is a process that takes place within the learner. Therefore, the learner is a creator of knowledge by bringing experiences and new information acquired to connect with existing knowledge and understanding to create their knowledge, known as the Cognitive Structure. In addition, the students have to learn the problematic situations and social interactions in a digital context focused on project-based learning and research-based learning, which allows learners to face real-life situations. Finding the solutions with self-directed through teacher support and interaction with others.

Aim to develop a graduate student with knowledge and ability to research and apply digital transformation technologies, research ethics, and cybersecurity principles awareness to form the digital transformation models toward skills and research. The students will be able to choose the appropriate tools for Digital Process Management or Data Science domain. Furthermore, the students will be able to conduct academic or business collaboration networks on both national and international levels.
