Regulations on entering Thailand from 1 November 2021 onwards and list of countries and territories where individuals are permitted to enter Thailand
According to an announcement from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, please find the “Regulations on entering Thailand from 1 November 2021 onwards” and the list of countries and territories where individuals are permitted to enter Thailand Here.
Note:
• From 1 November 2021, website https://coethailand.mfa.go.th/ will no longer provide services on issuing Certificate of Entry - COE
***COE approved before 1 November 2021 remains valid to enter Thailand. Please contact your hotel directly to get the refund.
• From 1 November 2021 onwards, please register for Thailand Pass online at https://tp.consular.go.th/. Thailand Pass QR Code would be issued for the applicant to present to Airlines and Thai Border Control Officials. **We recommend you to register for Thailand's new electronic entry document (Thailand Pass QR code) at least 7 days prior to your travel date.
• Accompanied minors under 12 years of age who are not vaccinated, are eligible to enter under Exemption from Quarantine (Must wait for the RT-PCR test result in the hotel for at least 1 night).
• Travelers must stay in the list of countries and territories where individuals are permitted to enter Thailand for at least 21 days or previously came from Thailand.
****Non-Thai passport holders entering Thailand from the list of countries and territories where individuals are permitted to enter Thailand (or other eligible countries) are required to follow these regulations:
1) Travelers who are fully vaccinated with a proof of valid vaccination certificate: Exemption from Quarantine (But still have to wait for the negative RT-PCR test result in the hotel for at least 1 night)
Step 1: Before departure date
1.1 Register for Thailand Pass online at https://tp.consular.go.th/ Registration process takes up to 7 working days.
1.2 Thailand Pass registration requires:
(1) A copy of passport
(2) Medical Insurance indicating that the insurance covers all medical expenditures including COVID-19, and worth more than or at least USD 50,000. (Certified insurance packages are available at http://covid19.tgia.org/)
(3) Air ticket
(4) Vaccination certificate (indicating details of names and date of both first and second vaccination)
(5) Official booking confirmation from your Alternative Quarantine

Step 2: Presenting required documents for boarding flight(s) to Thailand
2.1 Thailand Pass QR Code issued online at https://tp.consular.go.th/
2.2 RT-PCR test with negative test result, issued within 72 hours before departure
Step 3: Arriving in Thailand
3.1 Have a RT-PCR test at the AQ hotel upon arrival.
3.2 Must wait for the RT-PCR test result in the hotel for at least 1 night or until receive a negative test result
2) Travelers who have NOT fully vaccinated or DO NOT have a valid vaccination certificate, MUST stay at the Alternative Quarantine (AQ) hotel for at least 10 days
Step 1: Before departure date
1.1 Register for Thailand Pass online at https://tp.consular.go.th/ Registration process takes up to 7 working days.
1.2 The online registration requires:
(1) A copy of passport
(2) Medical Insurance indicating that the insurance covers all medical

Step 2: Presenting required documents for boarding flight(s) to Thailand
2.1 Thailand Pass QR Code issued online at https://tp.consular.go.th/.
2.2 RT-PCR test with negative test result, issued within 72 hours before departure
Step 3: Arriving in Thailand
Quarantine at the AQ hotel for at least 10 days.
