The Sepuluh Nopember Institute of Technology (ITS), Indonesia, and Shibaura Institute of Technology (SIT) Japan have launched the short program “Hybrid Asia Exploration (HAx) 2023” which will be held virtually on 16 June - 7 July 2023, physically on 15 - 22 September 2023, and co-organized by 6 prominent universities in Asia.
The programme offers multicultural understanding and updated technology which lead to harmony in the global world. With the diversity and tolerance that Asia has, students certainly will be able to implement their knowledge with different perspectives during the programme.

Active bachelor's, master's & doctoral students from any background are eligible for this programme.

| 16,23,30 June 2023 7 July 2023 | Students join the Hybrid Asia Exploration (HAx) Online |
| August 2023 | ITS will announce the final candidates who got selected to join the On-site programme in Indonesia (√) MFU will support 180 USD programme fee and 10,000 THB for traveling costs (×) Students need to cover Visa fees (if needed), Travel & Health Insurance, and other personal expenses |
| Early September 2023 | Pre-departure meeting with the Global Relations Division (MFU) |
| 14-22 September 2023 | Selected students join the Hybrid Asia Exploration (HAx) in Indonesia during 15-21 September 2023 |
| 22-30 September 2023 | 1. Student is required to complete the evaluation form and report 2. Student is required to organize experience sharing via Facebook Live or an onsite event or submit a clip video (Vlog) |
