On 25 July 2024, a delegation from Universitas Brawijaya (UB), Indonesia, led by Dr.Tunjung Mahatmanto, Head of Department of Food Science Biotechnology, visited Mae Fah Luang University. The delegation met with Assoc. Prof. Dr.Saroat Rawdkuen, Dean of the School of Agro-Industry, and representatives from the School of Science and the Global Relations Division.
MFU and UB established a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in 2024. The discussion focused on future plans for academic cooperation between the two universities, including joint research networks, postdoctoral research, the exchange of lecturers, staff, and students, conferences, and cultural and academic exchanges in agriculture, science, cosmetic sciences, tea, and coffee.
