The Faculty of Arts and Social Science (FAS), UTAR, in collaboration with Omnipsi Consulting organised a webinar by Dr Austin Tay, an organizational Psychologist and the Founder of Omnipsi Consulting entitled "Defensive Decision Making".
This session will teach you how employees sometimes make suboptimal choices to protect themselves, which can potentially harm organizational outcomes. The webinar will provide actionable recommendations for:
