SEAMEO RIHED and the British Council are excited to announce the launch of the SEA-UK Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (GEDI) Challenge Grant, an initiative to tackle GEDI related issues in HEIs in Southeast Asia, leading to evidence-based decision making for the sustainable future of higher education and to establish a cross-cultural GEDI network between the UK and Southeast Asian higher education institutions. This initiative is part of the broader project on Strengthening Leadership with Gender Equity, Diversity, and Inclusivity (GEDI) in Higher Education Institutions in Southeast Asia.
The SEA-UK GEDI Challenge Grant provides funding of up to £60,000 to support up to four research projects, with each selected proposal receiving a maximum of £15,000.
