Mae Fah Luang University would like to congratulate Mr. Supachai Saewafrom the Tourism Management program in the School of Management at MFU who was one of four Thai students receiving scholarships from the Global Undergraduate Exchange Program.
Mr. Supachai will participate this exchange program at the Lewis – Clark State College in Lewiston, Idaho, the United States for two semesters (Fall English Language Training and Spring Academic 2018) from 16 August to 10 May 2017.
The Global Undergraduate Exchange Program (UGRAD) is a non-Fulbright program of the U.S. Embassy in Thailand sponsored by the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs (ECA). UGRAD provides one semester (five months) or one academic year (ten months) scholarships to outstanding undergraduate students from the regional universities in Thailand to participate in a non-degree full-time study combined with community service, internships and cultural enrichment program in the U.S.
Students who participate in the program will not only enhance their knowledge and explore different culture and values but also have an opportunity to share their cultures and traditions with people in the United States.
