On 15 June 2017, MFU Vice President Assoc. Prof. Dr. Chayaporn Wattanasiri warmly welcomed a delegation from the International Institute for Skill Development in the Chiang Saen district led by Head of Academic and International Affairs Dr.Chaturaphat Ngernmool. The representatives consisted of rectors, vice rectors and officers from education institutes in Vietnam who participated in the Skill Development Institute Management course held by the International Institute for Skill Development.
The main objective of the visit was to observe the operations and activities of Mae Fah Luang University in three main issues including academic administration and planning, teaching, and academic conference and workshop.
All in all, the meeting served as a good platform for experience sharing and the exchange of knowledgeon administration and teaching system in higher education institutes. Moreover, participants believe that they may adopt and adapt what they learned in order to support and respond to their institutes’ strategic plans.
