Objectives
To be the leading research centre for the business analytics and logistics study in order to innovatively develop communities and create a competitive advantage for the industry. Moreover, the research centre operates with our value called LOGIST. This “LOGIST” stands for;
- L – Learning: We actively promote and stimulate learning activities.
- O – Opportunity: We adhere to opportunity-centered learning and knowledge generation
- G – Grounded: We value grounded theory approach to provide in-depth study
- I – Innovatively: We optimize our research and knowledge works innovatively

In addition, the research centre undertakes projects and provides consultancy services to a wide range of public and private organizations in both national and international levels.
Missions
- To conduct research and create academic activities in fields of business analytics, business excellence models, supply chain management and international logistics;
- To create innovation strategies for improving business competencies and creating competitive advantage;
- To share and apply the logistics and business analytics knowledge to communities and the industries; and
- To promote cooperation with institutions in international, regional and national levels in the fields of supply chain management and international logistics, entrepreneurships and business-social innovation, business excellence, and tourism management.
