The Center of Excellence for the Hill Tribe Health Research (CEHR)

Objectives

  1. To be the center of excellence for doing research related to the health of hill tribe people.
  2. To be the training center for improving health professionals’ skills in all aspects the health of hill tribe people..

 

Missions

  1. Conducting research in all aspects in improving the health of hill tribe people;
  2. Supporting the university’s postgraduate studies;
  3. Developing the health policies relating to the health of hill tribe people in order to support Thai government and other governments in the region.

HACASI software systems are especially well suited for collecting sensitive data on risky sexual behavior among targeted populations.

This preliminary designed zoning program is effectively used for controlling open burning in highland. It will control the smoke which causes health problems.

A community-based program for improving quality of life for the hill tribe elderly population

The program is used for improving quality of life among the hill tribe elderly population by focusing on enhancing stakeholders’ roles in a community.

A hand foot mouth disease (HFMD) prevention and control guideline

A guideline is developed based on the evidences found, which is focused on setp-by-step in prevention and control HFMD in a day care center
