Area-based Social Innovation Research Center (Ab-SIRC)

Objectives

  1. To undertake social innovation research, generate integrated bodies of knowledge and develop mechanisms for societal improvement in order to make a valuable contribution to the good quality of life of the people, an efficient and sustainable use of resources, world peace and solving social and cultural problems
  2. To widely disseminate knowledge through academic services, be a medium that leads to organisational development/improvement in order to build a creative society
  3. To support the production of graduates who have creativity and social management skill needed for promoting national, regional and international development
  4. To be an academic centre for training researchers, establishing research network both in Thailand and abroad, publishing academic journals and organising academic events/conference/ seminar where social innovation publications are presented

  3. Offering academic services 
  4. Serving as academic platform for establishing the research network
