Objectives
- To be a center of research, development, and knowledge transfer in Computer and Communication Engineering for building capacity of all groups such as students, working-age groups, older people, underprivileged people, etc.
- To enhance people’s ability to learn and adapt as well as improve the quality of people's life as global citizens under the changes in Science, Technology, and Society.
